Apology letter

Dear sir,

I have been told by my wife that one of your window panes has been broken by my son while playing cricket. This is indeed regrettable and I apologies sincerely for the damage caused unfortunately we do not have a playground in our locality and children have to play in the streets and court yards. Any way, I would feel relieved if you get a new window pane and charge me for that. I solicit our forgiveness.

Yours Sincerely

This morning, Moti has been properly punished and I am sure it will not bother your cat again. I have asked my children to keep an eye on Moti and see to it does not cause you again your any inconvenience or damage in future.

Dear John,

The superintendent informed us that you were annoyed by our television last night. We certainly do not want to cause you any disturbance, particularly in view of Mr. Micheal's condition. If you had called the matter to our attention immediately, we would have lowered the volume and closed the windows.

The boys are extremely interested in night football games, and though I do not wish to ask them to for go that pleasure. I will see to it that they take every precaution to keep the sound from disturbing you .

If at any time you should find our activities bothersome, please do not hesitate to let us know. We shall try to co-operate in every way we can.
