Hello,
I hereby inform you to remove the nuisance and obstruction arising from the building material lying before my house situated New York. Remove such nuisance and obstruction with in three days from the service of this notice. I shall proceed to abate and remove such nuisance and obstruction as I am by law entitled to do and I shall require you to pay the costs incident thereto.
This notice is given without prejudice to any right of action for damages, which I have already sustained.
